1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Deal Drvn's services, website, or communicating with our advocates, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access our services.
2. Description of Services
Deal Drvn provides auto brokerage, vehicle sourcing, and negotiation consulting services. We act as an independent consultant/advocate for you (the buyer) in the vehicle purchasing process. We are not a dealership and do not directly sell vehicles.
3. Fees and Payments
Our fees are strictly flat-rate based on the service selected. Payment is required before the commencement of our full car buying & negotiation service. The Free Deal Check does not incur any charges. All fees are non-refundable once our negotiation or sourcing services have commenced, regardless of whether you ultimately purchase a vehicle.
4. No Guarantee of Specific Results
While we leverage our expertise to secure the best possible pricing and terms, Deal Drvn cannot guarantee specific monetary savings or the availability of specific vehicles. Market conditions, dealership policies, and inventory levels are outside of our direct control.
5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information regarding your vehicle preferences, budget, and financial standing (if applicable). You are solely responsible for signing the final purchase agreement, securing financing, and arranging insurance for any vehicle purchased.
6. Limitation of Liability
Deal Drvn shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or your purchase of a vehicle. Any issues related to the vehicle itself (warranty, defects, financing terms) are strictly between you and the selling dealership or manufacturer.
